I could not be more impressed and happy with Elaine's partnership. She found a place with my exact preferences within my budget within just several days of me reaching out. She negotiated on my behalf for some requests I had of the landlord, she was able to get a fee waived, and expedited the move-in process so quickly.
She also gave me helpful reminders about getting my USPS address switched, contacting FPL for my electricity, and guided me through ever step of the way. She's not just a realtor, she's like having a consultant/friend who's there to help you with everything.
Thank you Elaine for being so pleasant, I look forward to working with you again. I would highly recommend her to anyone :)

I have known Elaine professionally for over three years, but initially worked with Elaine as our realtor in 2013 for a property we wanted to rent. Elaine was able to effectively market our investment property and found us several qualified candidates to consider as tenants. She was instrumental in helping us not only screen out the best possible tenants, but also successfully convinced us to consider a higher market rental price since the high demand warranted a price increase. This had been the first time we used a realtor to rent our investment property, where historically we had done this ourselves and (before Elaine) the outcome was always tons more aggravation, headaches and lower lease prices. Elaine brought us relief and peace of mind that a true professional was helping us.
We were so happy with her expertise and professionalism during the rental process that we hired her again to later sell the same property. She took charge of the sales process from A to Z, keeping us informed throughout the process and consulting with us regarding the market, competing listings, history of sales, etc. We walked into our closing with a high degree comfort, confidence and satisfaction and our closing process was seamless.
